Chancel Choir
Rehearses 6:00-8:00pm on Thursdays.

One of the finest church choirs in northeastern Ohio, the First Church Chancel Choir, under the direction of Eric R. Riley, provides a wide variety of musical selections from classical to contemporary composers.
The Chancel Choir participates in most Sunday worship services from September through May.

Gospel Choir
Rehearses 7:30-9:00pm on Wednesdays and adds their voices to the worship services usually on the 4th Sunday of each month.

Under the co-direction of Jerry Thomas and Sharolyn Ferebee, the First Church Gospel Choir presents inspirational music including spirituals, contemporary gospel, and everything in between!

Bell Choir
Rehearses 6:00-7:30pm on Wednesdays, September through May. The First Church Chancel Ringers are a 3-octave bell choir and play Schulmerich English hand bells. They perform during the worship service periodically throughout the year.

Children's Music
The Singing Children of First Church are comprised of two groups, Kindergarten through Grade 2 and Grades 3 through 6.

All children meet one Saturday each month for music rehearsals and fun, educational activities, then one Sunday each month following worship from 12:30-1:00pm.
In addition to singing, the children have an opportunity to play Orff Instruments. Orff instruments are barred instruments - zylophones, glockenspiels, and metallophones - used in teaching music with an approach developed by the German composer, Carl Orff.

The Singing (and Playing!) Children of First Church usually participate in Sunday worship services quarterly.
